Vince Wong

Vince Wong is a staff lawyer at the Metro Toronto Chinese and Southeast Asian Legal Clinic, where he advocates for low-income clients facing linguistic, cultural, and other systemic barriers to justice.

Previously, Vince founded of VW Law, an immigration and refugee law firm that provided unbundled legal services and alternative fee structures to its clients.

While in law school, Vince was involved with the Asia Law Society, the David Asper Centre for Constitutional Rights, Downtown Legal Services, the Indigenous Law Journal, the International Human Rights Program, and served as Co-editor-in-chief of the Rights Review magazine. Prior to law school, Vince interned at various financial institutions, including Stellation Asset Management, State Street Bank & Trust, and TD Securities. He was also a visiting research fellow at the University of Hong Kong's Centre for Comparative and Public Law.

Doyoung Regina Lee

Doyoung Regina Lee entered the field of law with a desire to help those around her and in her community. She obtained her Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2010. 
In law school, Regina sought to gain exposure to various areas of the law. She studied public international law at the International Study Centre in Herstmonceux, England, and completed the criminal intensive programme at Osgoode. Following graduation, she articled with a lawyer whose main area of practice is civil litigation. 
Regina strives to provide explanations and advice in an open, honest and straightforward manner, with the aim of enabling her clients to become informed and active participants in their legal matters. With each and every file, she commits to representing her clients and protecting their interests to the best of her ability.

Christopher Kim

Christopher Kim is currently a corporate immigration lawyer with Fragomen, where he specializes in providing advice to inbound temporary foreign workers. Prior to his immigration career, Christopher specialized in insurance defence litigation with respect to motor vehicle accidents and alsosmall claims court actions.  In his spare time, Christopher serves as the Executive Director of HanVoice, Canada's leading non-profit for North Korean human rights and refugee issues

Jack (Eui Chul) Kim

Jack is a Manager in the Toronto office of Fragomen (Canada) Co. His practice consists of assisting clients with their inbound corporate immigration requirements, especially with regards to NAFTA Professionals and Intra-Company Transfers. Jack has assisted clients in a wide array of verticals, including the oil and gas, mining, financial/financial services, information technology, manufacturing and professional services industries.

Prior to joining Fragomen, he worked in various sectors, including the position of executive director of a non-profit organization, an associate at a boutique management consulting firm, and a hearings officer at the Canada Border Services Agency. Jack also articled at a major corporate law firm in Toronto. As an authority on North Korean affairs, Jack appears frequently in the media, and has consulted with cabinet ministers and testified before the House of Commons Foreign Affairs Committee.

Jack speaks English and Korean.
